In short, more socially liberal than anyone who could get elected to Congress these days, and caring primarily about the social issues

Marisa, because she is the darkest

I can't imagine making it through any major other than mathematics.

Now that Chrome 9 is available, I just use --purge-memory-button --enable-extension-timeline-api --enable-video-layering --enable-fastback and enable all flags except "Disable Hyperlink Auditing"; I also make sure to disable Instant, now that it's part of the release version of the browser, and to enable click-to-play.

One of the most notable wikis on the Wikimedia Foundation's commercial, ad-supported Wikia project was started as a Wikipedia fork on March 2005, almost 6 years ago, by some editors who chafed at the limits imposed by Wikipedia's notability guidelines upon the level of detail allowed in entries about Star Wars.

less than a year, odd considering that's what most people sound like when saying "Wikipedia"

On 15 January 2011, almost 10 years ago, Wikipedia sprung forth as the community-edited feeder for the professionally curated Nupedia, which it would go on to supplant.

If my spouse were sufficiently well-known in a professional context that a name-change would be difficult, and it were decided that any children would be better-off without the confusion attendant on not sharing a surname with one or both parents, I would consider it.

Mainly, I thought that 26 was the oldest age at which a man could be drafted in the United States, when instead it is the age at which a man becomes ineligible for the draft; also at the time DADT hadn't been repealed yet (and still hasn't...wait until March), so I would have had that to fall back on in case of draft.

I don't know; I think turning it into an acronym would make it easier to put more letters in, like GLABPTIQ (Gay, Lesbian, Asexual, Bisexual, Pansexual, Transgender, Intersex, and Queer).

250, which can be a bummer if you regularly open more than that in a few hours. :-(

Right now, in stable form, Java, a PDF reader (PDF-XChange), and a TIFF viewer (AlternaTIFF) are among the plugins available for 64-bit Windows browsers (Flash is in the "Square" alpha but works well); the landscape is looking brighter for those who prefer to use 64-bit Internet Explorer or Minefield (Firefox pre-alpha)! Surprisingly, although Apple makes 64-bit Safari available for OS X, and Google makes 64-bit Chrome available for Linux (along with Opera for its browser), those vendors are 32-bit only for the moment on Windows, but surely they will join the Win64 bandwagon along with the Windows Media Player, QuickTime, RealPlayer, VLC, LibreOffice, Adobe Reader, and Shockwave plugins; note that in most cases the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of a plugin can be installed side-by-side and updated separately.

Right after updating to the latest stable version, 8, I stuff this into the shortcut: --purge-memory-button --enable-extension-timeline-api --enable-print-preview --enable-nacl --enable-gpu-rendering --enable-accelerated-2d-canvas --enable-video-layering --enable-fastback
--enable-nacl does add in the GPU Plugin, just in case you were wondering; also I am using every Labs option except Instant, and now that I have click-to-play I can ditch the Flashblock extension! -
The use of AlphaImageLoader is well-known, but you can also consider this Javascript solution: http://www.dillerdesign.com/experiment/DD_belatedPNG/
There is also a way to more broadly fix problems with Web standards in IE5-8, and it all relies on conditional comments: https://code.google.com/p/ie7-js/ -
I realize I asked myself a question, but Tweeter isn't working correctly so I used my Formspring to send this to Twitter and Facebook, and also MySpace...anyway use LinkPeelr, which provides a convenient Google Chrome extension: https://linkpeelr.appspot.com/

That's a good question; I'd like to think it's "mathematician" but more generally it is something for which I will make a memorable contribution to knowledge or common practice.

There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.
