This is not an actual answer to your question but I'm thinking about moving off of Formspring because they reset all my preferences every few weeks, which seems like some sick ploy to ensure that I get as much annoying email as possible. Maybe Tumblr would be better for something like this? I don't know. I will give it a shot before making any serious decisions about this totally serious and important question answering endeavor.

Since they recalled the game, EA could argue that anyone in possession of a copy is breaking the law. Don't know if they could _successfully_ argue that, but at some level it's just not worth the legal hassle.

I actually inquired with EA along those lines a few months after the game was canned and was quietly told that they'd probably do everything in their power to shut a live stream of that game down. Give it some distance, I'm sure after several years (and once EA resolves its current basketball nightmare) it won't be such a sore subject.
