We still always tell people we started out in Miami. Nothings changed and never will. NYC and Boston gave us the resources we needed though.

Making sure that 2 years from now we're still just as hungry, renegade, and ambitious. I never ever want to be comfortable doing this. Always treating it like we're two dudes broke traveling across the country just to sell a dream. Lots of entrepreneurs go into companies having a price. We don't. As soon as you have a price, that's what you shoot for, and once you hit it, the chase ends. The chase can never end in this game. Notorious BIG said it best:
"The key to staying, on top of things
is treat everything like it's your first project, knahmsayin?
Like it's your first day like back when you was an intern
Like, that's how you try to treat things like, just stay hungry"

Balance. Laser-focused doesn't mean you can't take ten minutes for enjoyment, especially when you are helping others out. Don't be a troll.

Still figuring out how that may or may not work. I'm curious what people would make with it for non publisher type sites. We'll be releasing a lot of open source goodiness.

8:30-9:30 general email+update check, 9:30-noon resolved for anything internally specific. Prefer dinner meetings over lunch meetings. I almost always have Jamba juice and don't take more than 20 minutes for lunch to be efficient. I try to cluster meetings together on one day instead of scattered. Use ical religiously. Gym usually at night, since crunch is 24/7. We have weekly team meetings on Mondays. Dinner is usually around 7:30 for me. Weekends I sleep late, go into the office after. Prefer to go out on Saturdays instead of Fridays since I'll be tired on Fridays.

It has to start somewhere. It has to start sometime. What better place than here? What better time than now?
