Ive made a few videos on this actually. Try looking up some of my videos I did for the Babybeaverbunch on Youtube. The best advice I could give you is to forgive her, and thats a loooong process, give yourself time. Some one else will come along. I know its hard right now, but everyone has a hard time getting over their first love. :(

Go with your gut and move on. Its NOT healthy to go back and forth..... You two broke up for a reason in the first place and you no longer feel the same about him. Please DO NOT drum up old feelings!!! Its easy to do that...but its not good for your emotional state. You need to focus on healing and LEARNING from what you two have been through. He probably only wants you back because he's lonely, realized what he's lost, and its normal and comfortable for him to turn to you for things. He needs to learn to fight for the things he "loves" before he loses them. I hope this helps :)
