easy!
i have my list as follows:
berlin, germany - because i love it there. the people were really nice and a lot of them were young, it seemed creative and fun, i really like the architecture and also grunginess yet cleanliness of it, and plus the people seem really accepting there.
next on my list is stockholm sweden - from what my friend fnan says i hear that is pretty cool and there's an awesome vibe there, i'm also a fan of scandinavian countries for sure, and it also seems like a really creative city.
next would probably be somewhere in spain or iceland.

note that with the exception of spain all of these are pretty cold places - i don't like warm weather.
