      It varies a little day to day, but I almost always read Carrots N Cake, Aggie's Kitchen, HEAB, How Sweet It Is, Julie Go Lean, K's Good Eats, Krista's Kravings, No Meat Athlete, Rhodey Girl Tests, Suite Apple Pie, The Fitnessista, Two Peas and Their Pod, Yogurt and Berries..I could go on and on!

      ;) Yes! Its actually been unseasonably cold :( Today its supposed to be 55 but overnight its been closer to 30 (which is unheard of this time of year in Charleston). If you have any other questions about restaurants etc, let me know!

      Hi Sabrina ;) Yes, I have been a MOSTLY healthy eater. My Mom taught me all of my healthy habits! There was a good period in my life though where I drank wayyyy too much and ate a lot of late night bad food (ahem..college).

      Hmmmm ...honestly I'm not a big cake fan. Instead of cake for my birthday, I usually ask for Chips & Salsa or Frozen Yogurt ;) If I had to pick...probably something involving chocolate mousse!

      I usually eat a large salad with tons of different veggies topped with beans or nuts, cheese, salsa or oil and vinegar. I also eat a piece of fruit and a yogurt (sometimes with granola sometimes without)

      Great question! Healthy weight loss is all about healthy habits. Consistency in exercise and eating a little bit of everything in moderation. Find a form of exercise that you actually enjoy!!! You will never stick to a workout routine if you hate it. And there are no miracle diets!

      1. I always wanted to live in South Carolina! One day, my husband and I decided to just do it. We were very lucky in that everything worked out well. 2. I really wanted to have a place to share and store my favorite recipes (and exchange ideas for recipes with others). Once I found Kath's blog, I knew I wanted to start my own. 3. owwwwwwwwwww tough question. Hmmm I usually go to the beach at IoP because its close by....but I love Sullivan's too!

      Hello :) Sure! Everyone has slip ups! As I have grown more and more to appreciate a healthy lifestyle, I think my slip ups occur less often. However, I think its healthy and necessary to have a good treat every once in a while! I don't consider those treats slip ups. I also try to find ways to enjoy traditionally unhealthy dishes in a healthier way (aka baked sweet potato "fries"). To be honest though, I do have a good amount of will when it comes to junky foods. I usually try to think about how I will feel after I eat it and that deters me from falling into the junk trap! Hope that helps.

      Owww...hmmm. I love my yearly trip with Josh's family to Hilton Head. Best place I've ever been though, Kauai!
