i didn't really survive :P i have a new years resolution to get in really good shape for summer by exercising and eating healthier! :) also, to speak my mind more.

(cont) off by the night time, and eat lots of veggies, and fruit. I usually just eat one meal a day rounding about 300 cals and it keeps my stomach thin

if i knew how i would ha. i know it's horrible to do. and i know sometimes you feel so disgusting you just want to.
i've done it once and i didn't even get hardly anything up. it helped me if i drank some saltwater before. then i used a toothbrush. there's a certain way to press on your tongue that might help. you just gotta keep at it.
i know other girls won't give tips on this, but nothing we say is going to change your mind. i've been there, and i garuntee i'll probably be there again. -

it's always different what i eat. i always choose low calorie foods if it's not raw. Raw foods (fruits, veggies, nuts) are you're best friend. restrict restrict restrict!! that's what i always tell myself and lately i've been writing down everything i eat and the cals. trust me, it helps. i used to hate writing it down and thought it wouldn't help but it does! it makes you look at what you've already had and you'll think, omg i can't eat this, that's too many cals for the day!
also i workout all the time. i do cardio (either treadmill or elliptical) and do 3-5 miles. (just doing 30 min cardio is good) and i always do an ab workout and sometimes weights to tone my arms.
i'm also a vegetarian so i'm sure that helps. i've tried every diet out there and i've been down the road of not eating for days. if you need anymore help or questions just ask! :]
but pretty much just lower your calorie intake and workout. :) -
thanks! i've been doing abs for a long time too b/c of dance and everything is good except for my lower abs :\ idk why. i do the plank and to the side too! i do a lot of different things, so i guess i'll just keep going!

what ab workouts do you do? i do a mix of stuff and i do it til it hurts! it just sucks that i try so hard and it doesn't go flat! 0__o

pretty good! i have slipped up a few times, which is expected because i'm new at it, but it's still going good!

aw! thank you! :] that made my day! haha. i've worked so hard; i've had my ups and downs for sure. i still want to lose more, i'm very unhappy with my stomach =\ i just workout a ton, lots of cardio. and since i've gone vegan i've lost a few pounds, too. do you have any tips for a smaller stomach? lol

well i just said i'd do it for 3 days. but since i'm so close to my gw i'm just gonna keep it up til i get to it. so, i guess just as long as you want! :)

i went through mario sunshine alot, super smash brother melee, and the bully. but nothing compares to Mario Kart Double Dash. :D
