Me. It was my idea to form it. I found everyone, got everything set up. I also make most of the tough decisions. I'm also the one to push people to do work and stay on task. I organize practices, I book what few gigs we get and manage the money we make from those gigs as well as the band facebook and youtube page. So I think it's fair to say I'm the leader.
I've been told by other people in the band that I'm the leader, so this isn't just me being a cocky asshole.
Also I absolutely take everyones opinion into consideration and I never make a move without consulting everyone and getting all their opinions. We were looking at another cover and someone in our band hated the song, and so I decided against it. So while I am the leader everyone in the band has a voice. -
