I'm a little stressed/neurotic/nerdy. The usual.
Has it, really? -
Linguistics and Neuroscience/Cognitive Science are my "primary fields of interest."
I also take personal interest in international relations and the like, and I might minor in music theory for shits and giggles. -
It depends on the bug, honestly.
If it's animated, has some self-esteem issues, and resolves them while saving the day, I'm all for it.
However, if it's in my room, daring me to scream in terror at it's many horrifying legs, I'm all for killing it.
The bigger, the hairier, and the more legs a bug has, the less inclined I am to like it. That said, I'm not the type to kill for sport. -
Well, Tresnan, I’d say it’s a result of the fact that nuts, and so, their shells, are distinctly small, and therefore if a storyteller were were forced to fit their story into a nutshell, it would have to be extraordinarily small, or in terms of speech, brief. Hence, “keeping it brief” = “in a nutshell”.

I have blue hair because I love the color, and the way it looks.
In fact, right now it's not even blue. I change it a lot.... I just love playing with it. The constancy of a natural hair color is too boring to me when it's so easily changed. That would be like wearing the same plain black tshirt every day...its versatile, and nice enough, but wouldn't you get bored?
I can honestly say she doesn't give a shit about my hair color. Blue's her favorite color, though.
