This is opposite of demonstrating how beautiful my arch is, my split, or how huge is my jump. If some people wants to see those things, they need to see gymnastics, not ballet.

I really do not know much. I'm in Moscow and the theater in St.Petersburg. But, many people like it. They have tour to Japan every year. And they have great dancers!

Thank you. As a dancer, I never thought about teaching career. It's just happened. Someone ask to give them a ballet class, and I did.
For a long time I was a class "giver" (of cause everyone knows - there are class givers and ballet Teachers). Later, discovered the difference between giving class and teaching people. Slowly, little by little, I transform from one to another.
This days, I'm still on the road to be a teacher. In old days, someone sad: You will become a doctor after bury a cemetery. Now, I know, It is almost the same with teaching. We always learn. Everyday. From own mistakes, from experience, from old masters notes.. Actually from everything...
There are people in a class. Everyone is different. Everyday is different. One rule worked yesterday, and the same rule will not work tomorrow. I'm learning People, Nature and History... -
Yes, of cause. As many personalities exist in nature as many great dancers exist. It is always depends on the way dancer work and how much dancer can give to work... Give all you have and then, maybe, get a result!

Joy will work in Bolshoi Theater as a cordeballet dancer. Mario will start soon in St.Petersburg as a soloist in Mikhailovsky theater... Both of them are very passionate and very dramatic about ballet, theater, art and sometimes even life =)
