2010 has been a year full of growth and redemption and success and failure and blossoming friendships and love and grace. I can't imagine a better year and i imagine i will remember it for the rest of my life.

depends entirely on your goal. canon makes the rebel ti and models similar to that which are great for personal photography.

i use lightroom and cs4. i only get great light when i shoot during preferably hours of the day - ex, right before sunset. work with the light, not against it, that's my best advice.

my workflow is pretty simple. shoot, upload the images on the computer, sift through and pick out the best frames, preliminary edit them, then bring them into cs4 and run actions.

it's hard to answer this because even if a place is dirty or gross or crowded or whatever, the people are usually so awesome and interesting that the traveling experience is still worth it. make sense?
the worst place to travel is a place where we aren't welcomed or needed or shown love. and i haven't been there yet. -
i shoot jpeg unless i'm in a situation that requires little to no flash and the available light leaves something to be desired, then i shoot raw so i can go in and restore the file in pp.
