Hmm, not that I'm aware of, at least from my website. Idina's site does an official email whenever something big happens, like a tour announcement. Do you use twitter? That would be one way. I had considered making a Facebook for Idina-Here as well. I'll check around though and see if there is any kind of email notification option.

No, I'm sorry I don't know. It might depend on the venue or what else she has going on before the show. The only sure way is to leave it at the stage after the show is over or with a staff person.

Why don't you just write her a letter? Most likely she doesn't "need" anything and gets lots of presents from fans. Reading something would probably mean more to her.

If you look at her Twitter page (twitter.com/idinamenzel) you can see that she has responded to people's questions. Because she starts her reply with the person's username, the tweets will not show up in your timeline, unless you follow the person she responds to. If you click on the tweet, a popup should appear on the side of the page that shows you the tweet or question that was asked.
