Get larger clients. Tons of small ones is too tiring.

Be selective with your projects. I know there come times when we just need a gig to pay the bills but if you can afford it, wait for and pursue the kind of clients you want to work with. They don't come all that often but when they do, they seem to attract others like them.

I started in print but then EVERYONE wanted me to do web stuff for them as well. One thing led to another and Now I do web design, print, branding and video... But if you were to ask me my favorite, it would be UX design above ALL else

If you are happy, no need to switch. Me? I switched when my PC fried itself and I was tired of the work to keep it up. It was time for a new computer and ... iBoughtAMac :)
