People often ask me where is the best place to buy on the lakes/rivers. The answer is, it is all personal preference. For example: I can find you 10 people very easily that will swear Lake Dunlap is the best lake, likewise for all the other lakes and rivers. For me, I love wakeboarding and would consider houses on Lake McQueeney, Lake Dunlap, Lake Placid, and Meadow Lake.

If I sell a lake house to a someone. I take them out on the lake to make sure they are familiar with the lake they purchased on (especially what hazards to avoid). A lot of people will tell you the spring, which has some logic, however it is best to call me. Real Estate markets constantly change. I have had busy winters and slow winters. It would be unfortunate to miss out on potential buyers by waiting to list at a certain time when you will have a lot of competition (other houses being listed at the same time).
