      I was born in Canada... I've always been into music, but wanted to perform after watching an artist named Ian Kamau perform. I've been releasing music since 2008 =)

      Do you like being called humble or kanwer or k-man?

      everyone calls me Humble or Kman... when I was a teacher, everyone called me SINGH... no one really pronounces 'Kanwer' correctly... so it either sounds like Kan-wer or Kunver.. I'm fine with anything =)

      Gurfatheh! I read somewhere that one of your influences was Lauryn Hill. I think she's ingenious. Just wondering if you knew about her gradual return to performing in the last year. Did you listen to Lauryn Hill as a solo artist or earlier as a Fugee

      I knew her from the Fugees and I was a bigger Wyclef fan.... then when she came out with Miseducation, i bought it hoping to hear Wyclef... there wasn't any Wyclef, but that CD changed my life..
