Nope, anybody can be a camwhore. There's definitely no rule that only a pretty person can snap alot of pictures of her own face. As long as one feel good enough about herself, she can take as many pictures as she likes. Also, sometimes it's all about the angle, lighting and surroundings.
But you should also know that there's a different between a camwhore and a person who just likes to take down pictures to record daily things. -
