Wait... somehow the definition of success is pretty subjective. For me success means getting a stable job that's interesting to me, helping my family financially, keeping up my faith, continuing my Sunday school activities and hopefully getting married (did I just say that!).

Right after reading your question I immediately think of one of my favorite Bible passages:

But if I were to define 'love' in my own words, especially love of the romantic kind... I guess I'll get lost for words... I don't know... coz for me it's complicated and confusing. There are just so many aspects to it ya know... :)

Number 9! My date of birth: 18 (1 and 8 you get 9), my month of birth: September. Number 9 seems to bring me luck most of the time. And lately I just knew that this number possesses Biblical significance - the Number of Finality and Judgement. :)

a film about Uncle Ho :)) Haha I was in secondary school... in Grade 8 I think. It was compulsory for all students at that time. I think the title of the movie was 'Uncle Ho in China' (?)... yah LOL... anyway we didn't have to pay for tickets so it made my first experience with movie theaters so fun and memorable! Surreal even hahaha!

First, you take God as a 'historical figure'. That's basically wrong. Isn't a historical figure a person who died and could never be reached? Since when is Jesus unreachable?
Second, you think only by chance, not of our own volition, could He truthfully answer our question.

I'd say He communicates with us in various ways. Some have the privilege of witnessing his miraculous apparitions. Some, like us, get His will and message through signs and through other people. This is quite hard to explain but what He wants to tell us He makes it half obvious, half vague. Being able to understand what He means to say takes faith, Spirit and the desire to hear Him.

One thing I'm always wondering and asking Him is: what He wants me to do for each steps I'm taking and each day of my life. I need guidance. :)
