well I don't really see people wearing them anymore but maybe it's because they realized it made their head look like a weird mushroom. I think they're kindof cool if they're done right, like cool hippy leather or beaded or feather ones, not just a piece of elastic. Also if you don't put it directly on your forehead and on like just at your hairline overtop your bangs it looks 23840283490 times better and not mushroomy

Well, I was born and raised in West Michigan. I went to college at the University of Michigan and prior to deciding I was going to try and find an internship in NYC last summer, I had only been there one time. I was always interested in fashion and always knew I wanted to work in it, so it just made sense for me to move there. I interviewed for 7 internships last February and took one with Fashionindie.com, and after 4 amazing months I knew it wasn't the end. I took another internship with styleite.com once I graduated and picked up and moved and well, here I am!

not ever finding a real job and having to live on the streets because my parents won't let me move home. oh wait that's happening!!! AhhhHHhh!

oh gosh! I wouldn't know too well as I don't even have one (heheh)...Urban Outfitters has some cool ones and there is always the hell on earth which we call Bed Bath and Beyond. If you're feeling like putting a lot of time into it, try Etsy, they have like 50 billion of everything

hmmm...I would continue to live the way that I do but probably buy a couple of stupid items of clothing I can't currently afford. I wouldn't work as much so I could put more time into my hobbies I neglect, and I would give my parents a bunch of money

easily these old jeans I found that have a huge hole in the knee, vintage men's tees, men's flannels and oversized cardigans, and VESTS VESTS MORE VESTS!!!

my style is starting to become a lot less structured and a lot more comfortable, I want people to remember me, not my fancy clothes!

If you're good at it and have put in your time as a (regrettably) unpaid intern...don't expect pay if you don't have experience, having a career as a blogger is tough! Sassmasters on the other hand, that shit is PRICELESS.
