   I'm an interior design enthusiast and I want to get some more formal training. Since this is a 2nd career for me, I'm looking at online certificates (more attractive to me given where I am in my life). Given your experience, which ones would recommend?

   From recommendations of both Lauren (Pure Style Home) and Layla (The lettered Cottage) I took a distance learning program via Sheffield School of Interior Design.

   What was your major in college?

   I majored in Communications. My goal out of college was to work in Magazines, but after numerous interviews and really low offers pay wise I took a bit of detour and worked in buying.
