well i have monacos and i like them a lot! some people have problems with them but the newer ones seem to be more durable(in terms of zippers, which i think is the most common problem people have) and i haven't had a problem! the only thing i can think of off the top of my head is i had to remove these cardboard inserts that were inside them... (not the kind you remove that come with new shoes hahah don't worry i'm not that dumb) but they had cardboard things where the top of the arch of your foot is and it bothered my foot so i sort of ripped them out looool but they came out easily and the foot of my boot is very comfortable now! i have heard 9 million great things about parlantis and they seem awesome! the only downsides i've heard of are that they drop easily and also can wear out easily since the leather is so soft. but if you take care of them well (like any pair of boots) then you'll be okay!
