My dad's and his some of siblings had slowly moved to Chicago from Mexico when they were in their 20s. Then they formed families and decided to move down here, closer to the border and where my grandma was in Mexico after my grandpa died. my mom was already in chicago, having moved their from puerto rico was she was five and they met there.
