What's your favorite online game, FB game, mobile game or video game to play?
Milliways_bar on Dreamwidth.

Who made you smile this weekend? What did you do that was fun?
Rachel, Laura and Georgia. My unexpected trifecta that had woken up a sleeping giant. There was much writing and the massive blitzkrieg of RH seasons1-3.

What would it take to use McKelvie's new Emma Frost design in Uncanny? Would it be possible without bringing Jamie himself aboard to handle the art?
I've been known to say that I want to do a one-off Uncanny issue with Jamie, about Emma, where she changes outfit every scene. Just so I can get 12 Jamie McKelvie Emma outfits I can use elsewhere.
It's a strong design, especially considering it's a first take. -
What is your favourite sandwich?
Roast dinner. Seriously. Fuzzy's Grub across London will put an entire roast dinner in a massive sandwich. Incredible.

How have you not seen North & South already?
I DON'T KNOOOOW! Especially as I read the book back in 2003 and LOVED it. Damn. Still, through the power of, um, torrenting, I will be watching it soon!

Have you read any of the Sharpe books? If Sean Bean wasn't already cast as Sharpe on the telly, then I reckon Richard Armitage should have been cast because as well as being a totes awesome actor - he actually looks the part as described int books.
No, but I know what you mean and YES YES YES. He would have been SO HOT as Sharpe. Stupid casting director bastards.

Tell me something redemptive about the character of Renesmee in Twilight.
She shits in the face of Edward's uber-protectiveness, by being the biggest danger to Bella's survival ever produced by his lovely spunk. I <3 the idea that Renesmee proves Bella is right - there's no way Edward can protect her from everything - and he should stop trying. See also: being a twat.

Have you ever considered whether or not a phonomancer character would work in the Marvel universe? Possible copyright issues aside, can you think of a book where a phonomancer might fit in an ensemble role, or do you think it'd ruin the mystique of it?
Well, music=magic has a larger history than just Phonogram. There's lots of takes on the subject which could absolutely work, and not all of them would have much to do with what we did in Phonogram. I occasionally thought about a - if you pardon the phrase - a ULTIMATE PHONOGRAM, which instead of being quiet and a little on the literary side, totally embraced the OTTP-genreness of it. People charging up from records and doing Matrix-esque stunts and whatever. A lot of that sort of stuff would work well in the Marvel universe.
(I also had an idea for a Phonogram/Dazzler crossover a while back, with my tongue firmly in cheek. That would clearly never happen, as I strongly suspect no-one wants me to use Dazzler as a device to explain the history of Disco and why it's awesome.)
