      Why I see like girls treasuring the time w their boyfriend before they go NS? Not like cannot meet in NS what haha so emotional?

      They are still able to meet, but obviously not as frequently as they would like due to various reasons such as confinements, duties, extras etc. They don't have the power to decide when they are going to meet up like before I guess.
