Sorry I really thought I'd answered this! Not been on here in aaaages. What did you end up getting? I like their cream colour base in 'pearl' for highlighting, their paint in 'stilife' as an eyeshadow primer and the girl about town lipstick has been my favourite as of late :) not been to mac in ages though so I'm pretty behind on all the new collections!

I like the places to eat, drink, play and relax. I like that my friends and family all live within a 20 mile radius. I like that I went to uni here and that I've managed to build a career in the same city too. Some areas aren't so nice, or safe, and some of the people I've met here are a few sandwiches short of a picnic. But I guess it's the same for every city isn't it?

Thank you! At the moment I am a size 10. It's the size I will always reach for first on a rail anyways. But some shops have strange sizing, and depending on how I want the item to fit I have clothes in my wardrobe which range from a size 6 to a 12.

Hey! :) Aw thanks very much! There are quite a few of us, don't hesitate to drop me an email if you want links to any of them. If you are sticking to the city centre, I'd go to Tinderbox on the top floor of princess square for a cup of tea and some cake, and then have a wander into all the 'fancier' shops on the way back down :) The new Cath Kidston shop has just opened on Gordon Street (just along from central station) and its definitely worth checking out. There is also the Gallery of Modern Art if you havent been before, or the Lighthouse gallery (its on a wee lane just off buchanan street, you can go all the way to the top and get a great view across the whole of glasgow) There are loads of cute places you could go for lunch on Bath Street too, me and my friend had afternoon tea at the Butterfly and Pig Tearoom a few weeks ago and it was amazing :)
I wouldnt say there is much else to do in the centre apart from the shops, but if you fancied jumping on the low level train from central station to the secc, the new transport museum has opened and its just a 10 min walk along the clyde from there - its meant to be amazing! If you wanted a change of scenery with the shops i'd defo reccommend jumping on the subway to hillhead and having a wander around all the little boutiques, charity and vintage shops around there. Especially DeCourceys arcade, just along from Ashton lane! Have a great day whatever you end up doing :) -

He is an Ecological Surveyor for the Scottish Wildlife Trust. He doesn't have any tattoos or piercings (and doesn't plan on getting any) but considered a Japanese style sleeve a year or so ago.

I know how you feel, I am no good at HTML/CSS and struggled with mines a few times. I'd say http://shabbyblogs.com/ is the best place to start :) They have great tutorials and layouts to choose from which are really easy to set up.

Going out for lunches or dinner, mostly sushi or some afternoon tea :) and then just the usual things like going to gigs, going out for cocktails, shopping. Dragged my boyfriend surfing recently so hope I can make that a regular occurrance!

I'm sure he thinks he has given me 'nicer' things, and I hope my answer would offend him. He is a thoughtful guy, and I think sometimes I'm a sucker for the mushy, random crap rather than sparkly jewels or expensive gestures :)

The spongebob squarepants pineapple house he got me when we'd just started going out :) He has given me some really lovely gifts, and the sweetest cards and most thoughtful hidden notes in the past few years. But that present was so thoughtful, especially that early on in our relationship, for reasons too silly to explain <3
