You're gaining muscles. Try to tone it up with another workouts. Insanity is for fitness improvement but if you wish just lean and toned body try Victoria Secret workouts.

Some people choose to dive right in and start working out 4-5 times per week. This works for some, but a vast majority of people prefer to ease their way into their strength training routines.
Basically, there is no right or wrong way to embark on strength training for beginners. It’s all YOUR personal preference.

Chest Exercises
- Bench Press (Either Dumbbell or Barbell)
- Chest Fly Machine
- Inclined Bench Press Machine
Arm Exercises
- Standing Curl (Biceps - Either Dumbbell or Barbell)
- Seated Concentration Curl (Biceps -Dumbell)
- Standing Tricep Extension (Triceps – Machine)
- Dips (Triceps)
Shoulder Exercises
- Overhead Press (Dumbbell, Barbell, or Machine)
- Standing Shoulder Shrugs (Dumbbells)
- Upright Row (Dumbbell or Barbell)
Back Exercises
- Lat Pull-Down Machine
- Seated Row Machine
- Bent Over Row (Dumbbells)
Leg Exercises
- Squats (Barbell)
- Lunge (Dumbbell)
- Leg Press Machine -
