Does anyone have any helpful tips for making a meal plan? I am typically against pre-planning, but since I am just starting out, I know that realistically, I won't stay on track without one. Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks! :) [4]
Hehe, meal plans arent really my thing either..
What might work for you is: Make a list of different breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks to choose from. :)
