students are nominated by their teachers, and then must apply for the position. the current bias panel members then choose the applicants they feel are best suited to join/replace them.

i'm sorry you're in this situation! in order to solve this problem, the bias panel needs more information. usually, we would schedule a meeting with you to discuss your complaint, and then request that teacher's presence at a mediation session if one is deemed necessary. we can also direct you to other people who may be helpful (counselors, administration) if you prefer.
what you should do is stop by our room on thursdays during activities, or post again here with the best way to reach you.
