Stay loyal to your current bf/gf. If you say you "kinda" have feelings for someone else, you're most likely going through a phase. If you consider breaking up with your bf/gf for that person, I don't think you're ready for a relationship at all. People come and go, but the person you are with expects you to be there regardless, ad vice versa. especially when you say it's getting serious.
