Hey there! Thanks for your interest and thank you for the question!
When it comes to thinning hair, I'm right there with ya. Except mine is more of a hereditary issue. ;) I can recommend a couple of things to you that may help.
1) A volumizing shampoo and conditioner will definitely help your cause. A couple brands that I like are:
-Tresemme's 24 hour body Shampoo and Conditioner. This stuff is affordable and will help build in some much needed volume in a thinning head of hair.
&
-Alterna's Bamboo series - Abundant Volume Shampoo and Conditioner. This product has a higher price point. But works great too. Taking a more organic/green approach. No sulfates. No parabens. No Phalates. Just good volume.
2) Depending on the "thinness" of the hair. A little secret that I keep in my bag of tricks is a product called Toppik. Toppik is a powder-like substance that is sprayed (using a diffuser) directly onto the scalp. There are a variety of colors to choose from. And the end result will give the illusion of a fuller thicker head of hair.
