Both in very different way. I prefer habit whenever I'm stressed or sad, or even in those moments when all that you want is going home, sitting on the sofa and, covered up in a blanket, reading a book or watch a movie. But in a life new experiences are important to fullfill our knowledge. We just need he willpower to split a perfect couple: the sofa and our ass.

When I've just finished my lunch and I know I've got plenty of time to relax. Yeah, but just in those days when I've got nothig to do :D When I study I love the exact moment I close the books, knowing i've been doing my duty for a reasonable time.
