      what did you do to save up money to buy your camera/lenses? (sorry i'm probably annoying with the camera questions, but i'm trying to save for my own.)

      No, it's no problem :) I took all my christmas and birthday money for the past two years (at the time) and saved it for my camera and kit lens, and then I bought my 50mm with birthday money and money from odd jobs.

      of the ones you own, what's your favorite lens to use?

      50mm f1.8, definitely.
      My only gripe is that it's too close sometimes, which is why I'd love to have a 30mm f1.4. Only problem is... I lack the cash flow.
