Not as quick as I used to be. They say it's bad to hold a grudge, but I've been screwed enough to know that's not always true. If the slight was unintentional or if you had a good reason, there's nothing to worry about. Basically, don't be a dick.

No. The douche had fucking amnesia and was too much of a dipshit to take that into account when forming opinions of people. He just kind of filled in the blanks with whatever he wanted to see. I have no respect for that garbage.

Call me crazy, but I prefer acknowledgment of the problem and a sincere effort to fix it and/or keep it from happening again. If it was bad enough for me to hold a grudge, spending $20 on something useless won't help.
