Motley Crue at Ozzfest this past summer. Vince Neil can't sing worth a damn and could barely remember the lyrics to his band's own songs. It was BAD.

"Your lips aren't venomous poison, are they?" It was in reference to my obvious love for Alice Cooper and they had spelled "venomous" wrong.
That may not be the worst, but it's the first one that comes to mind.
