brandon designed the cover and I found the actual plastic CD holder online. I had a local print company print the case and I assemble everything.
Doing it this kept the costs down to just a few hundred bucks. -
I am excited to meet you as well! You better come say hi to me or I'll be mad whoever you are.

Thanks! I love all my branding as well. My designer is/was Brandon Harrison. Here's a link to his site: http://www.harrisonbrandon.com/
If you are looking to get something designed you need to hire this guy. -
mostly WOM. I am a vendor on a few wedding blogs (ruffled, junebug, GWS, wedding chicks) and getting featured on those sites help as well.
but 80% of the time I get an inquiry it from a couple that saw my images from a friend or were recommend from another photographer what was already booked on there date. -

host gator and yup!

What we do is freelance work so It probably won't ever be very consistent. There are seasons during the year where I get tons of inquiries and seasons where it's the opposite.
-
Not much. If I do its probably for a senior session.

I like to think I don't "need" a second. If the couple wants a second I'm all for it and sometimes I bring an assistant and they shoot with me.

every package receives a disc, and only the final processed images are on the disc. The clients don't receive the Raw files.

nope, I edit each photo the way it will best enhance the it. If thats b/w then great, if its color then great.
-
sometimes, it's normally just close relatives so its pretty easy and we don't need a list.
-
I have. If we aren't a good fit for each other it would be beneficial if they hired someone else who can get them more of what they are wanting.

I do but I don't have a print out system for at the event.

Anything that can save me time, AND get a looking I'm going for I'm all for it. VSCO isn't the first film emulator, and It won't be the last (don't really understand some of the hate for it) but where is shines is how fast I can edit when I use it. This mean I can spend more time shooting, more time with my family.
It's pretty accurate at helping an image have a film look/feel.
