I don't know how hard it is cause I'm not in the position. But just because you miss the stuff you used to do with your ex, it doesn't mean that you're still in love, nor should you feel guilty about it. Just be open with you boyfriend or girlfriend and maybe they're also up for trying new things with you. Could make your relationship better. :)
