The only one I've actually played is Rule of Rose. ^^; I'd like to try others (and will play one fairly soon thanks to a recent donation), but... yeah. Since it's the only one I've played, Rule of Rose is my favorite. Although if you're the patient sort who can tolerate a lot for the sake of a good story, it IS a wonderful game.
