This was a tough one since I've played some incredible klunkers. Shaq Fu. Athena. Some awful space shooter thing called Cybernoid. But all of those are at least playable, and in the case of Shaq Fu, it's bad in hilarious ways.
Then, I remembered a Genesis offering called Sword of Sodan, a "game" with gameplay so torturous and completely unrewarding it kinda has to be experienced to be believed. It doesn't even have redeeming features like a rockin' soundtrack or an involving story. As soon as you attempt to play it, it's basically just sheer concentrated awful. I even went to the trouble of trying it again today because I was sure it couldn't be as bad as I remembered. And I was right: it wasn't that bad. It was actually WORSE. -
Sorry for the delayed response on Twitter, but... yeah. ^^; My freestanding video camera is an old JVC Everio, and my Webcam is a Logitech Pro 9000.

I do. I can't physically hug a person I only know online. :(

For me, that's kind of an unanswerable question since it shifts around so much and tends to depend on whatever I've read most recently. ^^; For me, my favorite stories and genre conventions are a bit less ephemeral more than my "favorite authors." Though I can say that Stephen King's older stuff inspires me just because he's so darn SKILLED.

Let's see.... I like The Adventure of Link. The only thing "wrong" with it is that that sucker's pretty hard. XD I'm also a big fan of Final Fantasy X, which I think is a much better game than is sometimes gets credit for. In particular, the plot is absolutely beautiful.

Not that I can think of. Oh, wait. I do like anchovies and black olives -- but only on nice, crispy thin crust pizza. ^^

No, thank God.

I don't like carrying stuff with me if I don't have to, but my life tends to necessitate a purse.

I... have no idea who to answer this question. Even if it hadn't been asked almost a year ago. ^^;

Yes, I like potato chips, especially if Pop Chips count. ^^ If they do, my favorite flavor is Salt and Pepper. Otherwise, I really like Better Made Rainbow Chips.

Yes. Yes, I am.

Okra. It was like eating snot, and I'm pretty sure it's supposed to have that texture. >_>;

I did, a long time ago. And I think I still remember about half of it. ^^;

I'm not sure when this question came in. My apologies if it's been left unanswered a long time. ^^; Anyway, it depends. I'm terrible at anything that depends on keyboard controls (i.e. I probably won't play it), and it's kind of hard to say what'll hold my interest long enough for me to want to review it.

*thinks* Probably Super Metroid, Zelda: LttP, and... Shaq Fu. Kidding, kidding! For #3, I guess Mega Man X. Or maybe Live-A-Live. Or FF6. There were a lot of good ones. It's kind of hard to choose.

First off, I like Devil May Cry. ^^; In particular #3, which is one of my all-time favorite games ever. I'm also a big, BIG fan of both Dante and Vergil. Just had to mention that.
To answer the question, though, I think Final Fantasy 7 is pretty overrrated. I was really into it the first time I played it (I even have some fan fic of it stashed away somewhere), but when I tried to play it again years later... it just didn't hold my interest. It isn't *bad* or anything, but looking back, it seems amazing that such an aesthetically ugly (I never liked the blocky graphics), often narratively incoherent game became such a phenomenon. It has a great soundtrack, though.
On the other hand, there's Metal Gear Solid 2. It isn't the best in the series (of that ones I've played, that honor goes to #3 hands down), but it's still a very good game, and I actually liked Raiden. I guess it helps that I had played the original Metal Gear and appreciated what Kojima was going for. -
I can't think of any offhand. I'd probably have an easier time coming up with movies that everyone hates, but that I think are at least passable.

Only in the metaphorical sense. Many decisions I've made in life seem about as arbitrary, especially in their unintended consequences.

Similar to why FF8 leaves a bad taste in so many fans' mouths, it's just too different from the main series. It doesn't look or feel like a Phantasy star game in and respect I can think of, though it is cool that Sega used the more interesting parts in Phantasy Star IV.
But on top of that, the pace is slow (not just the story, but the *walking*!), there's WAY too much tedious backtracking, the soundtrack is inferior to the other games', and because of the generational system (which was cool in theory), you never really get to know the characters, and their stories are told superficially. You can never really get attached to anyone.
So... yeah. Overall, it's a mediocre game in a series of very good ones, which makes it look that much worse.

Well, let's see.... I like writing, reading, video games, and occasionally drawing. Recently, I started doing game reviews.
