Oh, I don't know. That's a hard question, and I'm not sure i didn't think it quite through. I'm not religious, but the groupings of atheists and agnostics are kind of "religious" in their own way, and I'm not sure i want to conform to that :)

With teachers. In Denmark learning English is mandatory from age 9 at least until you finish primary school(at 15-16) All educations are obligated to teach English :)
