My dream job...Hmm...Well, I suppose it would be in animation, but working on a show I really enjoyed and believed in. Not all, but a lot of the shows I've worked on were just "okay, its a paycheck". What I would love is to work on a show that people really LOVE to watch and one that I really love to work on.

I guess another answer to that question would be to work on a movie with a theatrical release. My dream has ALWAYS been to watch a movie in a theatre and see my name in the credits at the end.

Nope! In fact I put a new comic up JUST TODAY! :D I needed a break, lots of bullshit things going on in my life and something had to go for the time being. But things have settled and I'm comfortable doing the comic on a weekly basis again!

I think my hardest thing to overcome was thinking that I actually NEEDED improvement. I used to get really defensive about my work and I thought it was the best, but I look back on it now, and I'm all like...what was I thinking! The first hurdle is realizing you WANT to improve your art and taking steps to do so. To me, my biggest influence was my schooling, because we did critiques every time we handed something in, so you had to get used to them and see them for what they were. The other thing that helped me improve the most is Figure Drawing Classes. They are the absolute BEST if you want to learn to get better. My skills improved DRAMATICALLY when I had to take it three times a week.

Now though, I'm mostly drawing things they way I want to draw them. I still try to improve, but I'm definitely not actively doing much to get better to be honest. I'd like to commit some time to learning how to render in Photoshop better, but as it is, I barely have time to draw for myself!

Anyway, if you ever want to improve your art, or even get critiques on what you're doing, figure drawing. All the way.

Heh, well, not TOO often, but the way I have the characters built in flash, the eyeballs are moved individually, and often they look crosseyed until I'm able to move the other one, and it looks hilarious. I think Weoh was looking over my shoulder one day when I was doing that and he laughed so hard.

Lol, no I haven't done anything like that. As proud as I am of it, I'm still very conservative. I don't even like my tummy showing!

My I-don't-even-know-what-kind-it-is computer, Flash CS5, a Cintiq, world of warcraft, and my guild. More often than not, I get ideas for the comics from stupid stuff we've done.

Surprised, and honored, that someone would take the time to write something personal just for me! Surprisingly, very few people take the time to make others feel special, and its not always that hard. I'm guilty of this too.

I think looking back on it NOW, it was my decision to move to China and teach for 8 months. It was really hard at the time, but looking back, its my fondest memories in my life, and everything was going so well then.

Actually, yes. I usually have at least one glass a day. However, I prefer Diet Coke (I like the taste better) so at least I'm getting less sugar! I do drink about 6 glasses of water a day on top of that though! Water is great for losing weight!

Its not. I started at 168.4 and ended at 135.0 I hover between 134 and 137 right now, and I'm pretty happy with that!

Rum and diet coke :3 A close second is the bellini! :D

I guess now it would be about 3 months, though I'm on the maintenance portion of it now, so I've been able to maintain my goal weight for about a month now. a little ups and downs, but all in all, I feel I'm doing well, and happy with it!

I mostly listen to Trance music. I like the Vocal Trance channel of di.fm Other than that, I don't really listen to much else!

Well, I've had to buy a few new outfits since I recently lost weight. I usually like whatever my newest set of clothes are! Right now its a cute knee-length dress with some nice colored patterns through out. Other than that, I'm mostly a tank top and jeans kind of girl.

I like dogs, but I'm starting to think a puppy was a bit too much for me. Yesterday she chewed a hole in the drywall when we were out >_< I think if I ever get a dog again, it'll be an older one for sure...

My dream is to have my name in the credits of a traditionally animated feature length film with a theatrical release. Its a dream I put on hold a long time ago, I might have even given up on it, I'm not sure. But recent serendipitous events have thrust me back into the animation industry, and I never knew how much I missed it till I started doing it again. I don't know if my dream will ever come true or not, but this is a good start back on that path! Living, I don't really mind where it is as long as I'm doing something I like to do. I love Calgary, but I'd go anywhere if I could work on a feature length film!
