Oh i see....No i don't think it means he's desperate. Whoever wrote that is ignorant about the situation. But i will say it's a bit odd. It probably just means he's ready to grow up and settle down.
I def think he's headed in that direction, i've had plenty of clues of that level of maturity from him, which is almost comforting to be honest. which is why i'm okay with waiting, it's a really good sign when a GUY is the one suggesting this type of thing. he's a really good person, and i'm so happy he's in my life now.
