   Well first of all you are amazing at what you do! What is the best way to whiten teeth without it being too expensive?

   Crest Whitestrips is good for at home use, and isn't too harsh on teeth (unlike some options). Be careful not to over whiten, the whiteness should last for at least a month or so even if you have a lot of tea or coffee.
