I've lived through them all so far :) probably Cyclone Yasi, mostly because it hit us at night and we had no power so I couldn't see what was happening.

The Completer Peanuts '79-'82 (two hardcover volumes, from my mum) and an iHome AirPlay wireless speaker (from my wife and kids). very pleased with both :)

we had a cat for close to 20 years, may have another by the end of this year.

I try not to worry about things I cannot change. what will be will be. I do the best I can for my kids now, hopefully they'll be equipped to deal with whatever hand life deals them.

I like cataloguing stuff, I keep lists of my books and boardgames online, used to do CDs too but I lost that plot a few years back and the job is big enough to put me off so far.
