The language I'd like to learn the most is Latin. Other than that, I am also interested in Greek, Japanese, German, French, and Norwegian.

(Hmmm... were you the one who asked me my last few questions? It'd be nice to know who's been asking me such thought-provoking queries. :D)

I usually just do my own thing, whichever seems logical at the time*. Whether or not it conforms with what other people are doing or thinking is only of minor importance to me. But I wouldn't say I deliberately "rebel". Revolt for revolt's sake is just revolting.

*I have been known to make humongous logical errors in the past, so at this point I really won't suggest getting advice about life decisions from me.

I can be dismissive, insensitive, and resentful when I'm in a bad mood. Possible manifestations of anger include deliberately ignoring people, sarcasm, condescendingly correcting petty mistakes, ranting, and (when I'm extremely angry) liberal use of expletives.

Usually, though, I try to keep all those nasty things hidden in my head. In fact, lots of times I don't even know if people notice when I'm angry.

Well, it was pitifully bereft of Tex-Mex yumminess. :( The only exciting event today (for me) is that I battled yet again with another Someone-Who-Is-Wrong-On-The-Internet(TM).

Dad named me after St. Francis of Assisi so that I would be kind and loving, and after St. Thomas Aquinas so that I would be wise and intelligent. I wonder how that turned out, haha!

Frankly I'd rather be a composer or director, but I'd settle for a famous indie musician who is also a good composer. Such a musician will never be out of a job for as long as he could do any of the following:

      - Perform well in front of any audience, whether in a huge stadium or in a small bar.
      - Compose decent and timely music, both for himself and for other musicians.
      - Be able to record and edit songs by himself through a computer, which he could also use to sell his music online.

In the future, I believe we will develop technology that could cheaply and effectively replace human actors entirely, giving directors complete freedom to create movies that look exactly as they imagined it in their heads. But human musicians will never disappear for as long as human composers exist, because if the futurist composer could create whole concertos in a computer without using a single traditional musical instrument, then he is his own musician, and the computer is his instrument.

In an admittedly archaic sense, I myself am a ghost. "Ghost" (as in "the Holy Ghost") is just another name for spirit, something all humans have. I also believe in life after death, in the temporary purgatory, and in the eternal heaven and hell where human ghosts/spirits spend their afterlife. But I do not believe that human spirits could come back to the world of the living to haunt, scare, or hurt, as the popular notion of "ghost" implies. In a spiritual sense, such frightening visions are mere temptations meant to lead us to despair and cowardice, and are not real. In an empirical sense, it is known that the human brain is very easily fooled by visual or auditory illusions (symptoms of insanity, temporary or otherwise), so such "hauntings" are not real. The nearest a "ghost-sighting" could get to becoming "real" is through the real and malicious actions of living men, e.g. pranks, tricks, and general deception.

I view life as an adventure. And as any adventure is made up of a journey and a destination, so does life. I believe that the journey of life is one of discovery and experience. After all, the universe is one magical circus and it would be a shame to miss out on all its secrets. But there is also the destination, the purpose of the adventure, Heaven, and this is the really important thing that we shouldn't lose sight of. For we are all like Odysseus searching for a house, and all the thrilling wonders of the world is for naught if we never find our way back home.

I will say that I obtained a good education to get to where I am today. I did finish school, but that's only part of a good education; there are plenty of graduates who are less educated than a few non-graduates I know.

One goal I'll gladly reveal is to someday write a book. Could be fiction or non-fiction, as long as it becomes an international best-seller. :D

I've never thought of it before, but here's a tentative list: clam chowder, roast beef and mashed potatoes (lots of hot gravy!), warm apple pie. Oh, and beer afterwards: helps fight off the cold. :P

For people who don't know me well, something simple and cheap and practical is best. But it'd be nice to receive something from someone who knows my tastes and my way of thinking. Simply reading my blog or my Facebook profile should help.
