      When a band has a song in a movie (something I could never have/what's this) does the band ask to have the song in the movie, or do they get asked. Or do people use the songs without speaking to the band directly, still giving credit of course.

      They always have to get approval, and usually pay the band a few grand to use it in the movie/on the soundtrack.

      how tall is lacey? i've heard everything from 4'10'' to 5'0'' so do you know her actual height?

      I contacted James Minchin about using his photographs of Flyleaf, but said their record label owned them. Do you think the record label would care if i used them?

      No, those pictures are used specifically to promote the band/press, and to raise awareness for them.

      I'm in a disagreement with one of my friends. In the song "Set Apart This Dream" we disagree about whether the line after "...clothed in such splendor," says, "What a beauty forming!" or "What a beauty for me!" I'm wondering what you think she says.

      It's without a doubt "for me".

      I don't think you have to really contact anybody if you're making a fansite. Octone doesn't care.

      If Lacey does not have a facebook page, how do these....fakes? to have personal photos of her? I saw ones of her wedding party!

      They hacked into the bands personal email accounts, and the accounts of their friends. It's been an ongoing problem. People have *no* lives, and need to figure out other, more positive things to do with their time.
