i usually tell recovering ED clients to do yoga only and light weight training. no cardio and the yoga helps with mind body connection and could help with recovery.
i eat enough to fuel my body, feel happy and satisfied-- not because i exercise often. exercise is something i do for health and fun.
if you're having problems properly fueling yourself without the need to exercise like crazy, i'd definitely recommend talking to a doc or registered dietitian in your area -

an extra large dip into the almond butter jar :) -
he uses the anthony logistics shampoo and conditioner (from sephora)
-
nothing at all! apparently not all people are fans though... i love grains :)
-
i wouldn't be able to meet my calorie requirements without grains and without consuming a ridiculous amount of fat. grains work well for me, to each their own, and i see no prob with eating them as long as they're whole and minimally processed
-
because my goal isn't to be the "most lean". my goal is to be healthy. grains are an amazing source of nutrients and protein, particularly the ancient grains like quinoa and millet which yes, our ancestors consumed as well

this was actually the first question i answered- here's what i wrote:
she's still in oklahoma, and we're not friends anymore... while we were at school, things got a little iffy and without being too detailed, we had a falling out. it's always sad when that happens, but i'm happy to have my *real* friends here in valdizzy and wish her the best. -
it's NOT healthy!
your body needs a baseline amount of calories to live and function.. when you go under that, you sacrifice health and can also damage metabolism -
8 hours... i love and treasure every single one of them :)
-
i'm a liberal conservative.. if that makes any sense ;) my husband is in the military (which says a lot!) but it really depends on the issue. i will always, always vote to support the animals and mother nature.
-
definitely NOT :)
the whole thing gives me the heeby jeebies and i've never had digestive probs -
hahah um, NO. a fruit is a fruit, and even though they're sweet, i'm going to eat them during lent
-
i'm not going to divulge my body fat %. the lowest that body fat should be (for women) is 18% because any lower can be detrimental to reproductive health
