I have a scar on my right index finger where a lid with a metal edge slammed down on it when I was like 9 or 10. Worst part is that it was my birthday. I remember blood shooting straight up from my finger and having my mom patch it up. No stiches required though.

Star Wars, probably because that was the first introduction to sci-fi I had. But it's a close call, I've had so many hours of fun with TOS of Star Trek as well.

I think my destination wouldn't really be that important more the journey itself. Perhaps a ride along route 66.
The person I'd take with me would probably be someone who could entertain me the whole way, like a very good friend or my girlfriend.
If not those then maybe a really interesting person that I'd have liked to get to know better. -
