Very interesting question about fashion and fitness. You know, I really think the two go hand in hand. Both are integral parts of taking care of yourself and your body, and being aware of how you present yourself to the world. Fashion is something of an art. The way you style yourself from day to day can tell so much about the way you feel about yourself and others. It shows that you believe you are worth the time and the effort it takes to look put together and develop a sense of personal style. Fitness also has a lot to do with yourself and your body. It is about appearance but being fit and healthy are mostly about loving your body enough to treat it well by fueling it properly with fresh foods, and being active for your cardiovascular health and for your confidence and mood.

This is a great question! When I am not feeling motivated to work out, I think of why I do it. 1. it makes me feel good emotionally. 2. it's good for my physical health 3. it keeps my body looking good! to me all three of those reasons make it worth it. Also, when I'm feeling really unmotivated I tell myself I just have to do X amount of time or miles. Once I get started, 90% of the time I keep going and get a full workout in. Usually the hardest part is just making yourself start. Once you're into it you might as well get the whole workout in. And if you don't, at least you did SOMETHING, which is ALWAYS better than nothing! :) I hope this was helpful!
