      Stay positive! Don't let the negative thoughts seep through, never give yourself excuses not to go after something you want, give it time and be patient. Remember that you WILL see results. You are not lazy, you just need to believe in yourself!

      Thank you! It took me about 3 months and then I lost the last 5 kilos slowly and now I'm just trying to keep it off :)

      Vegetarians don't eat any meat whereas Vegans eliminate anything that comes from a animal including meat, diary (milk, eggs, cream, butter, cheese etc.)

      I have plateaued right now. I've stayed the same weight for a while now... I'll get to 55 kilos sometimes then I put it back on. I stay between 58 and 60 kilos. It's probably because i'm not that motivated to lose more weight, and I probably wouldn't mind staying this weight for the rest of my life. I think the reason I've plateaued is because I continue to eat and exercise the same but once you start to lose weight you're supposed to increase the amount of activity you do to lose more.

      Eating between meals is fine. It's the amount you eat and what you eat that matters. Go for low cal and healthy foods.

      I just get sick of repeating my answers... I keep getting same questions on how to lose weight and since I've written many tips and how I lost it myself on the blog I don't feel like I need to respond to some questions.
