on their website they have a "be a style blogger" link.. you click on that and apply. it kind of takes a long time//you may / may not be chosen because of all the people that they have to review (this means that you must have a REALLY GOOD APP!). it took maybe 2-3 months//the claire's team sent me an email that was lost between those months and then iwas finally contacted a second time to ask if i had ever received an email. all in all, it's a long process so you have to be patient
