hi dear what do you intend to wear it for? for work or for play? for work its ok I guess to be on the longer safer side. But for play/ casual, yeah I think it might be a bit long for 1.6m. if you dont mind you can alter off the bottom a few inches. will not affect the dress =) hope this helps =)

hi dear so sorry i am afraid not, this length is too long for majority of the girls unfortunately. for supplier items yes thats right sizing etc are fixed by them. if you are looking for dresses of such length will recommend you to get them from retail shops as I dont think theres any online shops selling dresses of such length =)
